Jeremy River White 750 ml.
A semi-sweet blend, with a nose of mango, pineapple and citrus. Has a refreshing, crisp citrus & mineral finish. The sweetest of our blends. Great with spicy foods, such as Sechuan, Indian, Thai, Cajun, even

Salmon River White, 750 ml.
A barrel fermented off-dry Chardonnay blend. Soft, smoky oak and tangerine on the nose, buttery oak and tangerine on the palate, with a crisp, citrus finish. Also delicious with spicy foods such as Sechuan, Indian and Thai.

Blackledge White 750 ml.
A full bodied, dry white with a fragrant, fruity nose and a palate of apple and pineapple. Finishes with dry, crisp minerals.

Cayuga, 750 ml.
A very aromatic nose of lavender, green apple, pear and tropical fruit. Has a dry, full of fruit, crisp palate of lemon with a hint of pear and a nice acid balance.

Barrel Select Chardonnay, 750 ml.
A very dry, crisp, citrus Chardonnay barrell aged 2 years. Lot's of lemon & toast on the nose & palate, with a crisp mineral finish. Delicious with New England seafood.

Riesling, 750 ml.
A classic crisp, Alsatian-style Riesling. Dry with a delicate floral and petrol nose. Apple, peach and hints of rasberry in the background with a citrus, slate, mineral finish on the palate. Delicious with delicate seafoods, crab cakes, lobster, shrimp.

Gewurztraminer, 750 ml.
A beautiful off-dry wine with a nose of orange blossom, citrus, lemon and grapefruit with a light, crisp, mineral finish. Very food friendly. Great with turkey, ham, pork, chicken, scallops, raw clams & oysters.

Late Harvest Riesling, 500 ml.
A luscious dessert wine with a fragrant nose & delicious palate of ripe pear, honey, peach & apricot. A wonderful balance of crisp acidity and rich sweetness. Wonderful "as" or "with" desserts such as cheesecake, vanilla ice cream or apple pie.

St. Croix-PV, 750 ml.
Aged 24 months for a dry red, with a sweet, smoky, berry nose. Brilliant fruit, cherry & currant on the palate, and a finish of spice & pepper. Delicious with wild game such as duck or venison, lamb, grilled salmon or cajun grilled swordfish.

Salmon River Red, 750 ml.
A crisp garnet colored, full bodied Bordeaux style blend. Barrel aged one year. Very blackberry on the nose, black currant and leather on the palate. Finishes with oak and tannin.

Salmon River Red-PV, 750 ml.
Our 2004 Bordeaux blend was barrel aged 36 months and single barrel bottled. A very complex, smooth red with an earthy nose of fig and leather. Very bright fruit, black cherry, cinnamon & spice up front, finishing with tannins, leather & toasty oak on the palate.

Westchester Red, 750 ml.
A semi-sweet red blend, with a nice acid balance. Barrel aged 24 months for a sweet, toasty nose. Very raspberry & blackberry on the palate with a smooth finish of plum, apple & spice. This wine is great with spicy, hearty dishes such as chile, pasta with meat sauce or game sush as venison. Also delicious served chilled as a summer red.

Essence of St. Croix, 375 ml.
Our 2005 Vineyard Reserve St. Croix, triple fermented and aged 2 years in oak barrels to achieve the smooth, creamy, smoky flavor of a port style wine. A wonderful dessert wine with a nose of spice & smoke, finishing with candy apple, nutmeg & blackberry on the palate. Very nice with a chocolate truffle.
