Jeremy River White 750 ml.
A semi-sweet Riesling blend, with a fruity, floral nose, very fruity on the
palate and a soft, crisp finish. The sweetest of our blends. Great with spicy foods, such as Sechuan, Indian, Thai, Cajun, even

Salmon River White, 750 ml.
A barrel fermented off-dry Chardonnay blend. Soft, smoky oak, peach
& honey dew melon on the nose and palate, with a crisp, fruit finish. Also delicious with spicy foods such as Sechuan, Indian and Thai.

Blackledge White 750 ml.
A full bodied, semi-dry Riesling blend with a delicate floral &
butterscotch nose, a palate of tropical fruit, and a creamy finish of
butterscotch and crisp minerals.

Cayuga, 750 ml.
A very aromatic nose of lavender, green apple, pear & tropical fruit.
Has a dry, full of fruit, crisp palate of lemon with a finish of pear and a
nice acid balance.

Barrel Select Chardonnay, 750 ml.
A very light, crisp, lemony Chardonnay, barrel aged 2 years. Finishes
with creamy, buttery oak on the palate. Delicious with New England seafood.

Riesling, 750 ml.
A classic crisp, Alsatian-style Riesling. Dry & lemony on the palate with
a petrol nose. Green apple and peach in the background & a citrus,
slate, mineral finish. One of our best vintages. Delicious with delicate seafoods, crab cakes, lobster and, shrimp.

Gewurztraminer, 750 ml.
A beautiful off-dry wine with a very fragrant nose of orange blossom,
lemon & pink grapefruit. Has a dry, steely mineral & grapefruit finish. Very food friendly. Great with turkey, ham, pork, chicken, scallops, raw clams & oysters

Late Harvest Riesling, 500 ml.
A luscious dessert wine with a fragrant nose and palate of lavender,
leechee & pear, finishing with honeysuckle. A wonderful balance of
crisp acidity & rich sweetness fills your mouth with fruit & flowers.
Wonderful "as" or "with" desserts such as white chocolate, cheesecake, vanilla ice cream or apple pie.

Blackledge Rose' 750 ml.
A beautiful garnet red Rose' blend. Raspberry & strawberry up front on the
nose and palate, with a hint of pomegranate.  A dry, crisp finish with soft
fruit. A percentage of the proceeds from the purchase of this Rose' will be
donated to the Backus Breast Cancer Survivors Fund.

St. Croix-PV, 750 ml.
The St. Croix grape aged 24 months for a crisp,dry red, with a fragrant,
smoky, berry nose. Brilliant fruit, cherry & raspberry on the palate, and
A finish of coffee & toast. Delicious with wild game such as duck or venison, lamb, grilled salmon or cajun grilled swordfish.

A crisp, full bodied Bordeaux style blend of Merlot, Cab Franc, Cab
Saignon., barrel aged one year. Very blackberry & smoke on the nose. Crisp rasberry & blackberry on the palate. Finishes with light tannins and
crisp acidity.

Salmon River Red-PV, 750 ml.
A crisp, full bodied Bordeaux style blend of Merlot, Cab Franc, Cab
Saignon., barrel aged two years for a dry red, with a fragrant, toasted coconut, berry nose, black currant and leather on the palate. Finishes with dark chocolate, pepper & toast.

Westchester Red, 750 ml.
A semi-sweet red blend, with a nice acid balance. Barrel aged 12
months. Lot’s of fig on the nose with a palate of dark chocolate, black
cherry, hints of vanilla, soft, smoky oak and a crisp finish.
This wine is great with spicy, hearty dishes such as chile, pasta with meat sauce or game such as venison. Also delicious served chilled as a summer red.

Essence of St. Croix, 375 ml.
Our 2007 Vineyard Reserve St. Croix, triple fermented and aged 2 years in oak barrels to achieve the smooth, creamy, smoky flavor of a port style wine. A excellent dessert wine with a nose of spice & smoke. Cherry, rasberry and fig on the palate, with a finish of toasted almond.

A wonderfull balance of crisp acidity and rich sweetness. Very nice with a chocolate truffle.
